Our old Avent steriliser crashed on us a few days. So it was back to old school style of sterilising the bottles for the past few mornings. More troublesome definitely.
Since today is dedicated to being the day of fix-its, we brought our old steriliser to the Philips consumer care centre at Toa Payoh.
After a short wait of 10 minutes and explaining to the service staff what happened and how we cannot wait for 2 weeks for a new steriliser, they decided to do a one for one exchange of our old steriliser for the latest model 4-in-1 sterliser which is much more stylish and compact(good for travelling). Thank goodness our old steriliser was still under the 2 years warranty and we still kept the receipt.
Yay! We are so thankful and happy! Thank you Philips for being so customer oriented!
