As a family trip with E’s side of the family, we decided to head to Universal Studios at Resorts World Singapore. It was expected to be a rainy day but thankfully, the weather held up, and remained humid and scorching hot. Baby Gillian broke out in quite a nasty rash. *sigh* It was our first trip to USS as a family and I am really impressed by how beautiful the place looked. Everything looked right out from the movie set.
We also rented this double stroller from USS at $20 for the entire day. The children really enjoyed sitting on the stroller. Our blue stroller was relegated to holding the diaper and snack bags.
Here’s us, taking photos with the mascots from Madagascar. I love everyone from the movie. Fantastic kids-friendly movie with great lines. Ryan is a big fan of Alex, the lion! We also went on the Madagascar carousel ride. I am never a big fan of any rides, including the carousel. Totally doing all these for the kids. (-_-)”’
My adorable associates queuing up for the rides. It was about 40 minutes wait for that one particular ride. (-_-)”’
We left the place around 5ish in the evening. Towards the end of the trip, Ryan fell asleep. Hence, there were very few photos of him at USS. It was a nice experience albeit everyone felt uncomfortably sticky with the perspiration. We went for a total of 4 rides and took many photos with those mascots. Most of all, the kids had fun catching up with their cousins. Really sweet to see the little ones have the small conversations. I don’t foresee myself returning to USS in near future. Maybe unless Ryan and Gillian are much older and they request for it.
